3 skills you need to thrive at the workplace and not seen as a replaceable resource

As with the Corona Virus scare, most of us are working from home.

This made me think what will happen if this trend continues and companies start hiring talents globally?

Most of the ‘average workers’ will lose their jobs. It will be a winner-take-all opportunity with only ‘star performers’ surviving.

The next question is how do we make sure we thrive?

Well, I have read different books on thriving at the workplace like Deep Work, etc. This is what all the books have in common.

- Be creative. It doesn’t matter if you work in Marketing or Product. You need to be creative to innovate. If you can’t innovate, you are easily replaceable.
- Master the ability to grasp complex things faster.
- The ability to work fast without compromising quality and speed.
